DreamForest Films is a wedding photography and film studio based in Delhi, India. This page explains what we collect when you enquire about your wedding, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in one of our enquiry forms, for example on Facebook or Instagram, we receive:
- Your name and phone number
- Your budget range for photography and film
- Your wedding date, as a month range
- The city your wedding is in
If you message us on Instagram, WhatsApp or email, we also keep what you send us in that conversation, such as venue, functions and guest count.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, check whether your date is open, send a quote, and, if you book, plan and deliver your wedding coverage. We contact you by phone call, WhatsApp or email.
We do not sell your details. We do not use them for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
Who can see it
Your details are seen by the DreamForest Films team members who handle enquiries and bookings. Your enquiry also passes through the platforms we use to receive and answer it, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and WhatsApp, which handle data under their own policies. We may share details with a vendor only when it is needed to deliver your booking, and only with your knowledge.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to respond to you and manage your booking. If you ask us to delete them, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what details we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your details, or stop contacting you

Children
Our enquiry forms are for adults planning a wedding. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
